My wife and I recently purchased a new Toyota Tundra 4X4 from your dealership and we just wanted to drop you a note to express our appreciation to you personally about the Riverview dealership.  Both during the purchase and after the sale, my wife and I were extremely impressed with your dealership.  From the time we came in until the time we left, we never felt pressured or rushed to make our selection of a vehicle.

 

When we brought our vehicle into the service department, we thought we were on another planet.  This was the first time that we have ever experienced a drive in service area that was enclosed and temperature controlled.  We were treated so well that it felt as though we were at home drinking coffee and relaxing around the big screen television.  Service was completed in record time and your employees were 5 star in my book!  I would appreciate it, if you would post these comments on a board somewhere in your dealership, so your employees will see that what they do is not only noted, but really appreciated!  Riverview Toyota is the best dealership that we have ever had the pleasure to do business with – this is how you keep customers for Life – 5 Stars plus!
